SURF'S UP, CANDACE!
Here Candace is putting on her flippers to snorkel. We had walked 2 miles south to this very quiet and private lagoon to snorkel with the sea turtles that frequent it.
Today the surf was high and basically thrashed everything on the beach. What Candace thought to be a safe haven to put her flippers on turned out to be a wave over her backside.
