2010 Grammy Tribute to Les Paul

Jeff Beck and Imelda May performed this song at last night's Grammy's. It is amazing how this rendition of Les Paul/Mary Ford's How High the Moon is nearly identical to what was committed to vinyl way back in 1952. Awesome performance.

You do know what vinyl is, don't you?

And honestly Lady Gaga - - - simply because watching her is like watching a dog walk on its hind legs.

I loved their rendition. I love her look also.

This is Jeff and my pick of the best, new to us song in 2009. Rock n Roll Hoochy Koo from the American Make World Played 2005 Les Paul album. This song in the original format always brings memories of brother, Bill. Of course we are partial to Edgar.  Thought you all might enjoy it too.

Laroo: Yes, one cool lady.

Donna/Jeff: Got it. Thanks for the tips. Loved each of them. Looks like we share something mutual - - - a love and a knowledge of good music. And then there's beer...right Jeff? :)
