Bob, this is common knowledge. I didn't think she would be arrested for that....However, that bottle of prescription drugs she had in her purse?....Hmmm....
Fox: It's not a crime in the LA area but it is in the Santa Barbara region of California. On the other hand, prescription drugs with or without a label are fine up this way but not so in the LA area. Go figure.
